Playa Grande Real Estate
Playa Grande is located about 180 miles (300 km) from San José and 40 miles (65 km) from Liberia International Airport, and nearby Tamarindo also has its own airport.
Playa Grande is perfect for a host of outdoor activities, including surfing (of course), deep-sea fishing, boating, scuba diving, snorkeling and horseback riding. In addition, two 18-hole golf
courses are only minutes away. It is located just to the north of Tamarindo, accessed by dirt roads from Tamarindo, or by walking across the estuary from Tamarindo at low tide.
This area is currently one of the the most affordable options for investments as it is just reaching its potential. Prices in nearby Tamarindo are at a peak, therefore, this provides investors
with a more affordable option to have surf out the front door, and access to all of Tamarindo’s wonders, in a more quaint and quiet atmosphere. This is the perfect area for a retirement
or vacation home.
